Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire; 100% Hybrid/Remote
*Must be residing in Pittsburg
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 DOE
This individual will collaborate closely with C-Suite leadership to translate vision into action, leading the definition and execution of our cloud-based ecosystem from mobile and edge devices to cloud orchestration, AI engines, customer and partner portals, and marketplace plaza.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define and refine the VaaS product vision and ecosystem strategy.
- Own and drive the product roadmap across all ecosystem components (cloud platform, apps, APIs, AI/analytics, Dev/Customer portals, and data infrastructure).
- Lead coordination across engineering, UX, operations, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver value-aligned features and releases.
- Act as the bridge between internal teams, external partners, and the market.
- Define and manage product features involving:
- Cloud-based ERP integrations (CRM, billing, provisioning)
- Marketplace environments for customers, partners and developers
- High-volume data pipelines and distributed AI analytics
- API-first architecture, identity and access control, and observability frameworks
- Continuously gather feedback from fleet operators, logistics companies, app developers, and channel partners.
- Translate insights into product requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization aligned with customer value and technical feasibility.
- Create detailed product specs, data flow maps, release notes, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in product management for cloud platforms, SaaS ecosystems, or enterprise applications.
- Strong technical understanding of software architecture including:
- Enterprise ERP systems (billing, CRM, support)
- Cloud-native data and AI platforms
- APIs, microservices, IAM, observability/logging, and database technologies
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-component platforms with diverse stakeholders (developers, customers, partners, internal ops).
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and data visualization platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in transportation, logistics, or commercial fleet management technologies.
- Familiarity with MVNO, OTA systems, and video or sensor-based IoT products.
- Experience leading products that integrate AI/ML, computer vision, or real-time analytics.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and observability practices,
- Experience conceiving, planning, and deploying multifaceted cloud-based enterprise infrastructures, especially those involving high-availability services, large-scale data environments, and distributed system components.
